Senior Process Engineer | Process Engineer Lead | cGMP Chemical Manufacturing | Pennsylvania

We're partnering with a growing manufacturer of high-purity cGMP chemicals used in pharmaceutical and biotech applications. They are investing in expanding their capabilities, which includes building a team to conduct process development, commercialization, and manufacturing excellence. This is an opportunity to lead impactful engineering projects while remaining hands-on with technical problem solving.

What You'll Do
  • Lead process development, optimization, scale-up, and commercialization projects.
  • Improve manufacturing throughput, quality, safety, and cost across chemical operations.
  • Drive process validation, qualification, and cGMP compliance initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term engineering solutions.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Validation, and EHS on critical projects.
  • Mentor engineers while helping strengthen the overall engineering function.


What We're Looking For
  • BS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing, fine chemicals, pharmaceutical ingredients, specialty chemicals, or other regulated process industries.
  • Background in process scale-up, continuous improvement, and manufacturing optimization.
  • Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, process validation, and change control.
  • Experience with reactors, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, utilities, and other process equipment.
