They are investing in expanding their capabilities, which includes building a team to conduct process development, commercialization, and manufacturing excellence. This is an opportunity to lead impactful engineering projects while remaining hands-on with technical problem solving.
What You'll Do - Lead process development, optimization, scale-up, and commercialization projects.
- Improve manufacturing throughput, quality, safety, and cost across chemical operations.
- Drive process validation, qualification, and cGMP compliance initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term engineering solutions.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Validation, and EHS on critical projects.
- Mentor engineers while helping strengthen the overall engineering function.
What We're Looking For - BS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, fine chemicals, pharmaceutical ingredients, specialty chemicals, or other regulated process industries.
- Background in process scale-up, continuous improvement, and manufacturing optimization.
- Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, process validation, and change control.
- Experience with reactors, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, utilities, and other process equipment.
