What Success Looks Like: - Communicate with operators, maintenance personnel and others to determine engineering solutions to processing issues.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and statistical tools to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement Develop and maintain advanced process documentation, including detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Use lean and continuous improvement practices to optimize processes.
- Design, specify and lead installation of capital equipment for new product manufacture.
- Provide performance specifications for any new equipment or equipment enhancements.
- Develop modifications to the existing products and processes for improved quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and support to cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance.
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in process engineering or a related role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization techniques
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with process control systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
The salary range for this position is $68,500 to $100,000 with bonus potential.
