Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead development of GaN device architectures, process modules, andintegration concepts.
- Establish key technology differentiators in performance, cost,reliability, robustness, and manufacturability.
- Define electrical, reliability, and manufacturability targets.
- Ensure technology readiness for product introduction.
- Own the development strategy for new process generations and platform enhancements.
- Lead root-cause investigations of technology and reliability issues.
- Drive technology decisions and technical risk management.
- Benchmark competition and industry trends.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical experts.
- Develop technical competencies within the organization.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Typically 12-15+ years of semiconductor industry experience
- Significant experience in power semiconductor technology development
- Strong background in GaN device and process technology development andintegration
- Proven experience leading complex R&D projects from concept tomanufacturing release
- Demonstrated success influencing strategic technology decisions
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven capability to lead globally distributed teams
- Fluent english, basic german as advantage
