Job Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) delivers mission-critical applications for top tier enterprises around the world. Our cloud offers unmatched hyper-scale, multi-tenant services deployed in more than 50 regions worldwide. OCI is expanding its mission beyond the traditional boundaries of public cloud to include dedicated, hybrid and multi cloud, edge computing, and more.

At Technical Strategy and Oversight (TSO) organization, we are reimagining the cloud. Our mission is to scale to hundreds of thousands of regions to meet evolving customer needs. We are building a platform to enable an autonomous cloud vision and services, transforming everything from runtime environments to the software development lifecycle and operations. Our team combines start-up agility with the scale and resources of one of the world's leading cloud companies. This greenfield, industry-first project will enable a fundamental shift in how the cloud is perceived and utilized.

Are you passionate about bold, industry-defining innovation in cloud computing? As a Senior Principal Product Manager, you will have the rare opportunity to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for OCI's next-generation cloud service platform. You'll play a pivotal leadership role-shaping what autonomous cloud infrastructure can be, building the product team from the ground up, and working alongside thought leaders who are transforming the future of the cloud.

What you'll do
  • Lead creation of the autonomous cloud platform's product vision, strategy, and roadmap, directly tied to OCI's mission of transforming cloud infrastructure at hyper-scale.
  • Engage with top-tier internal and external customers, developers, and partners to shape product direction and prioritize features that anticipate evolving use cases and business models.
  • Champion a data-driven, customer-first approach, balancing ambitious innovation with operational excellence and reliability.
  • Serve as an internal and external evangelist for OCI's autonomous cloud vision.
  • Drive the adoption strategy by identifying key customer segments, crafting compelling value propositions.
  • Building the business case for this work, including defining metrics and KPIs to measure success.

What you'll bring
  • 10+ years' experience in product management for highly technical enterprise software, cloud, or platform products, with a track record of shipping mission-critical solutions.
  • Prior experience building, leading, and mentoring teams through the entire product lifecycle, ideally in greenfield or transformative environments.
  • Deep technical and business understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, runtime environments, and developer ecosystems.
  • Exceptional ability to define, articulate, and execute innovations that drive market shifts.
  • Proven collaboration skills, with experience engaging diverse teams-including engineering, operations, design, sales, and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication capabilities, with a relentless focus on customer value and business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, bold thinking, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Familiarity with cloud technology, logic, and computer science.
