Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required, must achieve TS/SCI with Poly.
• US citizenship mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree with 14 years of aerospace technology experience, or Master's with 12 years, or PhD with 9 years.
• Previous rated Pilot or Weapons System Officer preferred or 10 years in operational requirement programs.
• Three years of MAJCOM staff experience or equivalent.
• Five years of Special Access Programs (SAP) experience.
• Ten years in A-A/A-G weapons, electronic warfare, or electronic countermeasure systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical advisor supporting PACAF program management and requirements definition.
• Provide operational and technical assistance to the USAF Requirements Process, especially Special Access Requirements.
• Interface regularly with various military staff and government organizations related to PACAF/A8Z activities.
• Advise leadership on mission needs, requirements analysis, and program tradeoff analyses.
• Recommend policy changes and help communicate these changes effectively.
• Assist in drafting and implementing procedures, policy, and requirement documents for CAF operations.
• Represent PACAF in working groups, conferences, and meetings as assigned.
