Qualifications

• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree plus 14 years military aerospace tech experience, Master's degree plus 12 years, or PhD plus 9 years required.
• Prior service as a rated Pilot or Weapons System Officer or 10 years in operational requirement programs is essential.
• Minimum of three years experience in a Major Command (MAJCOM) staff role or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience with Special Access Programs (SAP).
• Ten years of relevant experience in areas such as A-A/A-G weapons and electronic warfare.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical advisor for PACAF/A8Z on program management and requirements definition.
• Provide operational and technical support to the USAF Requirements Process, emphasizing Special Access Requirements.
• Interface regularly with various Joint and Air Staff organizations to enhance PACAF/A8Z functions.
• Advise leadership on mission needs, requirements analysis, and program development.
• Recommend and communicate policy changes relevant to operational procedures.
• Assist in drafting and implementing policy, systems capability definitions, and guidance for the CAF.
• Represent PACAF in working groups, conferences, and meetings as necessary.
