Job Description:

The Director of Business Operations reports directly to the Integrated Systems and Encryption VP and General Manager and serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team within the L3Harris Maritime Sector, translating leadership priorities into disciplined execution, clear decisions, and measurable business outcomes. This role strengthens alignment across the organization and helps ensure critical actions move from discussion to completion.

This position, located in the L3Harris Camden Waterfront facility, owns business process oversight and transformation initiatives that simplify workflows, drives digital transformation, improve accountability, and strengthen execution across the business. Business Operations establishes management routines, drives follow-through across functions, and ensures leaders have the structure and visibility needed to manage performance effectively.

The role provides SAP IMS1 oversight and management and is responsible for JSP development, including coordinating the cross-functional inputs, reviews, and action plans needed to keep that work current, actionable, and tied to business priorities.
