What You'll Do:

• Define the Future of AI-Powered Distribution - Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for SS&C's GenAI-enabled Wholesaler Hub and Enterprise Services platform. Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and client needs to create differentiated solutions that drive measurable business impact for asset managers, wealth managers, intermediary distribution teams, and institutional sales organizations.
• Accelerate Product Innovation - Drive a high-velocity product culture focused on rapid learning, experimentation, and continuous delivery. Balance speed with quality while ensuring the organization remains focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for clients and maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.
• Transform Client Ideas into Market-Leading Solutions - Partner directly with prospects and clients to understand business challenges, workflows, and strategic objectives. Translate complex business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual product concepts that inspire stakeholders and accelerate development.
• Lead Enterprise AI Product Development - Work closely with engineering, architecture, data science, and AI teams to build scalable GenAI solutions leveraging large language models, agentic workflows, retrieval systems, enterprise data platforms, and modern cloud technologies. Ensure solutions are secure, flexible, scalable, and capable of integrating seamlessly into each client's technology environment.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution - Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Client Success teams. Continuously align stakeholders around priorities, communicate progress, remove obstacles, and motivate teams around a shared vision.
• Influence Strategic Client Engagements - Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, solution design discussions, and executive-level presentations while helping clients envision how AI can transform their business processes, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Build Flexible Enterprise Platforms - Champion configurable, API-driven, and integration-ready solutions that support diverse client requirements and enterprise architectures. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure products can connect effectively with CRMs, data platforms, workflow systems, AI ecosystems, and third-party applications.
• Drive Commercial Growth -Partner with Sales and Leadership to support strategic opportunities, product positioning, pricing discussions, client proposals, and product commercialization strategies. Help shape the future growth of SS&C's AI-powered distribution solutions business.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management, product leadership, strategy, or fintech experience.
• Deep expertise within asset management, wealth management, intermediary distribution, institutional sales, financial technology, or related financial services sectors.  Experience in intermediary distribution is strong plus
• Experience building Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Copilot, conversational UX, MCP, LLM, or enterprise intelligence solutions.
• Demonstrated success owning products from concept through commercialization and client adoption.
• Experience partnering directly with enterprise clients to define requirements and deliver complex technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of asset management distribution workflows, sales enablement, CRM ecosystems, advisor engagement, data intelligence, and business development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.  MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

Technical Competencies:

• AI & Emerging Technologies - Strong understanding of GenAI architectures, large language models, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, AI agents, knowledge management, and enterprise AI deployment patterns.
• Product Specification & Visual Communication - Expert ability to translate ideas into detailed product requirements, workflows, wireframes, mockups, user journeys, prototypes, and executive-ready presentations.
• Enterprise Architecture & Integrations - Strong knowledge of APIs, enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms, authentication frameworks, data architecture, and scalable software design.
• UX & Product Discovery - Advanced experience with customer research, journey mapping, design thinking, prototyping, usability testing, and product discovery methodologies.
• Product Delivery Excellence - Expert use of product management and engineering delivery platforms including Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Confluence, and related tools.
