Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, preferably metallurgy or mechanical, or related field.
• Professional certification such as EWE/IWE, CEng, PE, or equivalent is preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in offshore and/or onshore pipeline production.
• Strong knowledge of procedures, qualification processes, and inspection standards.
• Solid understanding of QHSE requirements related to a production environment.
• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and compliance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support tendering, estimating, and bid evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and certifying authority requirements.
• Drive innovation in production processes, automation, and materials.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and technical support to operations and project management teams.
• Review, approve, and manage procedures in coordination with clients and certifying authorities.
• Select materials, participate in vendor audits, and support project execution until completion.
