What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development- Mentor and supervise technical staff
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous learning
- Guide complex investigations and technical challenges
Business Growth & Client Engagement- Lead proposal development and RFP responses
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
Project & Technical Oversight- Manage projects from proposal to completion
- Oversee budgets, resources, and reporting
- Ensure regulatory compliance and technical excellence
Financial & Strategic Contribution- Collaborate on regional budgeting and forecasting
- Support cross-service collaboration and integration
- Assist with cost estimates and receivables as needed
What You Bring- 10-15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- P.Eng. designation in Alberta (or eligibility)
- Proven leadership and business development skills
- Strong communication and technical writing abilities
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
