Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and supervise technical staff
  • Promote safety, quality, and continuous learning
  • Guide complex investigations and technical challenges


Business Growth & Client Engagement

  • Lead proposal development and RFP responses
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities


Project & Technical Oversight

  • Manage projects from proposal to completion
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and reporting
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and technical excellence


Financial & Strategic Contribution

  • Collaborate on regional budgeting and forecasting
  • Support cross-service collaboration and integration
  • Assist with cost estimates and receivables as needed
