OverviewSummaryThe Senior Principal Engineer is a top-level technical leader responsible for driving the strategic direction, architecture, and execution of complex projects. The role works across multiple domains, systems engineering, software development, or infrastructure to set technical standards and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

- Leads large-scale engineering initiatives from concept to delivery
- Provides deep technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team and project leaders
- Sets and enforces engineering standards, processes and best practices
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Mentors and Coach engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Evaluates new technologies, tools, and methods to improve system performance and efficiency
- Represents the engineering organization in technical discussions with executives, clients and partners
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
- 12-20+ years of engineering experience with a strong record of technical innovation and leadership
- Deep expertise in one or more technical domains
- Proven experience in system architecture, design and large-scale implementations
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic recommendations
