About the Position

The Senior Preconstruction Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the preconstruction process for a range of high-profile projects in healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and other commercial sectors. This position will involve managing conceptual estimating, developing project scopes, and ensuring that all preconstruction efforts align with project goals and client expectations. As part of a collaborative and team-oriented culture, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate estimates, detailed schedules, and thoughtful planning for successful project execution.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing the preconstruction process for complex, multi-million-dollar projects across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
