Full Job Description
What you'll do

Systems Readiness and Data Continuity Across the Inbound/In Plant Supply Chain:
  • Validate seamless data flow between systems to maintain accurate and consistent information.
  • Take a lead role in data validation during new product launches to guarantee accuracy in part numbers and related information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
  • Represent Supply Chain Coordinators (SCC) and Pre Production Management (PPM) teams in cross functional activities for planning and organization as a one - voice leader.

Launch Planning:
  • Lead launch planning initiatives with the Launch Planner role including table runner, build schedules, and coordination meetings with the cross functional launch teams.
  • Oversee the launch engineer's responsibilities and provide guidance for effective project execution.

Special Projects:
  • Drive cross-functional special projects spanning plant strategy, SCC, IBL/OBL, IDP, Shops (A,B,C,Q,L), and interactions with support groups.
  • Collaborate with global project teams on future-state discussions, leveraging your expertise to contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure all documentation of new processes have clear work instructions and proven workflows to support efficient use of resources.

Cost Optimization:
  • Identify and execute cost-saving and efficiency projects within the non-vehicle systems domain, ensuring efficiency and optimization in various operational areas.
  • Utilize data analytics and strategic thinking to drive initiatives that positively impact overall project and organizational costs.

AI Integration:
  • Investigate and implement artificial intelligence solutions in non-vehicle systems areas, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Global Project Teams and IT to develop and integrate AI algorithms, particularly in the context of data continuity, launch planning, and special projects.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelors required or relevant work experience within supply chain, logistics, engineering or finance
  • Minimum 5 year's experience preferably within automotive production planning, engineering change, or inventory control
  • Knowledge of auto industry or manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and executing special projects.
  • Project and time management skills including People Management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Continuous learner mindset with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and Power BI.
