Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in financial management of large projects, particularly in the energy sector.
• Expertise in project accounting methods, including POC revenue recognition.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and project lifecycle activities.
• Advanced knowledge in project risk management including insurance and liquidated damages.
• Proficient in negotiating with customers and suppliers.
• Experience with software like SAP, Unifier, or Primavera.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial aspects of large, complex projects across the Americas region.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain transparency of project budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting guidelines and contractual terms.
• Identify and highlight potential risks associated with contracts.
• Manage project forecasts, integrating known risks and opportunities.
• Implement internal controls for Order-to-Cash processes and review for compliance.
• Enhance project performance through managing change orders and supplier claims.
