Location - Las Vegas hybrid is mandatory Project Management / Business Analysis - Lead cross-functional data and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery, UAT, and production deployment.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define requirements, and translate business needs into actionable data, reporting, and engineering solutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, analytics, engineering, and external vendor teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Manage project roadmaps, priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Facilitate requirements reviews, solution discussions, UAT coordination, and deployment planning to ensure business expectations are met.
- Analyze and enhance large datasets in SQL to identify trends, validate business requirements, support decision-making, and improve data quality
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Azure, Databricks, and Analytics teams to design, validate, and implement scalable data solutions and reporting capabilities.
- Oversee data ingestion, integration, transformation, and governance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
- Support development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Investigate and resolve data quality, reporting, and pipeline issues by performing root cause analysis and coordinating remediation efforts across teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and key findings to leadership and stakeholders through clear documentation and presentations.
Required Skills - Strong Program Management and Stakeholder Management experience using Jira and Confluence
- Expertise in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Process Improvement.
- Strong Data Analysis and Data Validation skills.
- Experience managing enterprise data and analytics projects within Azure and Databricks environments.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Services, Databricks, and modern data platforms.
- Experience with data integration, ingestion pipelines, data governance, and data quality management.
- Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams including business, analytics, engineering, and external partners.
- Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $120 to $135,000
