Key Responsibilities

Business operations & rhythm of business
  • Drive the operating cadence for the GCPS partner skilling business: program reviews, FY planning cycles, half-year schedules, and demand generation plans
  • Prepare the GCPS Skilling Leader for executive forums with decision-ready materials, scorecards, and program narratives
  • Coordinate across LT and Regional Skilling Leads (Americas, Asia, EMEA) to ensure consistent program execution and reporting standards


Executive reporting & insights
  • Own worldwide performance reporting: registrations, attendance, trained learners, certifications, voucher utilization, survey scores, and YoY growth working closely with event PMs
  • Produce executive deliverables - summary decks, wrap-up communications, and cross-event insights drawing on multi-market survey data
  • Translate program data into concise, visual narratives that inform leadership decisions and FY planning


Budget management & financial governance
  • Own program budget planning across a multi-region event portfolio, including rate card analysis, localization cost modelling, and event count optimization against fixed envelopes
  • Build and maintain planning tools (budget planners, optimizers) to support FY planning and trade-off decisions
  • Prepare and manage SOW and PO documentation, including extensions and vendor contract scope


Global Amex Meeting Card management
  • Manage the Global Amex Meeting Card process for in-person regional workshops and AI Tour for Partners
  • Submit regional SOWs to the MAICPP Budget team for approval and processing
  • Create custom emails for Regional Skilling Leads (RSLs) to send to the MS Meeting Card Team
  • Track all POs end-to-end and ensure all Proof of Execution (POE) is submitted
  • Partner with the Sr. Director to secure approvals


Marketing Development Funds (MDF) management
  • Manage the end-to-end MDF process, working directly with sponsors Intel and AMD
  • Provide sponsor reporting on in-person events and budget utilization tied to MDF
  • Ensure MDF claims, documentation, and compliance requirements are met within sponsor timelines


Program management & delivery
  • Plan and execute partner skilling programs, including Certification Week (H1/H2 cycles), AI Tour for Partners, and private partner deliveries (e.g. Project Ready engagements with strategic accounts)
  • Coordinate Training Service Providers (Fast Lane, KOSS, Digital China, Koenig, Technofocus) and delivery platforms (On24, LevelUp LMS, Skilling Hub)
  • Manage program communications, demand generation, and partner-facing content (aka.ms/PartnerSkilling)


Stakeholder engagement & governance
  • Serve as the operational interface between the GCPS Skilling Leader, Regional Skilling Leads, and the MAICPP Budget and program teams
  • Prepare and deliver Monthly Business Review (MBR) updates and quarterly review cycles
  • Support annual FY planning, target cascades, and continuity planning across regions


Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years in business management, partner enablement, or program operations within a global technology channel organization
  • Deep familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem (MAICPP, Designations, Specializations, certification pathways) and GCPS operating models
  • Strong financial and operational rigor: budget modelling, SOW/PO management, compliance processes
  • Excellent executive communication - concise, visual, data-driven storytelling
  • Experience coordinating vendor teams and multilingual delivery across global markets


Additional Requirements

(2) have expert level PowerPoint / presentation skills
