Role Summary
Owns the firm’s Planview platform and related portfolio management capabilities. This role is responsible for setting the product vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy to support enterprise planning, investment governance, resource management, business case development, and strategic execution.
The role applies deep knowledge of portfolio management practices, enterprise planning processes, and technology platforms to define business requirements, prioritize enhancements, and maximize the value delivered through Planview. This individual ensures Planview capabilities align with business objectives and strategic priorities while maintaining a scalable, effective, and well-governed platform.
Working closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors, this role evolves portfolio management capabilities, strengthens governance, improves decision-making, and increases transparency into investment and execution outcomes. The role also drives adoption of standardized planning and reporting practices and communicates roadmap progress, adoption trends, performance metrics, and business value to executive stakeholders.

Base Salary Ranges

$122,000.00 - $209,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workersPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
