Senior Planning Product Manager - Hybrid Systems, Video Portfolio

Description -

As a Senior Planning Product Manager for Poly Video, you will lead the Discovery, Feasibility and Definition for new Unified Communications experiences. You should be obsessed with knowing the customer, their workflow and their pain points to ultimately bring customer centric innovation to the portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure product success. By collaborating with internal teams and customers, you will shape the future of communications technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Define a forward-looking product strategy that aligns with industry trends, technology advancements and customer needs.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, value propositions and competitive differentiation.
  • Provide strategic guidance to junior product managers and the product team, fostering innovation and a culture of excellence.
  • Play a leadership role and drive the progress of the product management function.
  • Advise executive management and key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, gathering deep insights and feedback to shape product enhancements and future offerings.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback assessments to refine product strategies and prioritize development efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop impactful go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Provide thought leadership and support in customer-facing activities, industry events, and product launch initiatives.

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
