Title: Senior Planner, Wholesale
Salary Range: 100k-120k
What You'll Be Responsible For:The Senior Planner supports the wholesale/franchise business by providing analysis and guidance on annual and seasonal plans. The goal of the Planning function is to drive the business (Revenue, EBITDA) through strategic seasonal merchandise planning, controlled inventory management, management of OTB and insightful commercial analysis. This role will also be responsible for forecasting replenishment programs to support channel demand plans, including projecting inventory requirements and buy quantities to ensure optimal product availability and inventory levels.
- Create, maintain all wholesale reporting including but not limited to: Style Selling, Sales to Stock, Delivery Sell Thru and Weekly Top-line and Shop performance reports.
- Set top line revenue targets and provides financial planning guidance by season, market and account.
- Partner with Sales and Corporate Merchandising to ensure assortment plans are aligned with financial targets
- Manage retail OTB to profitably plan and grow the retail business. Review OTB on monthly basis for accuracy and validity. Propose creative ideas to drive sales while maintaining profitability and minimize risks
- Work closely with Sales and Finance to accurately forecast wholesale revenue, RTV's, MD's, and VA impact
- Responsible for all aspect of replenishment process including:
- Creating and maintaining sales forecasts by account as well as consolidated view using history, current trend and market conditions
- Forecast weekly, monthly and annual revenue
- Develop ad-hoc analytical reports and tools to meet the changing needs of the business
- Provide support to the sales team and account partners
Qualifications/ExperienceWe're Looking For:- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must have had at least 5 years of experience in planning, buying, wholesale or retail sales
- Experience in OTB management preferred but not required
- Excellent retail math
- Must be an excel master with the ability to build excel models
- Strong planning and forecasting, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Women's RTW preferred, but not required
- Able to manage own priorities and set own work objectives and proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions
- Must be a quick learner that is flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
- Experience using Anaplan MFP, Assortment + Allocation & Replenishment a plus
