Full Job Description
About the Role

As a Senior Content Producer on the Creative Marketing team, you'll play a central role in bringing Hard Rock Digital to Canada - helping shape how millions of new customers experience our brand for the very first time. This is a collaborative role for someone who thrives in the trenches - producing, editing, and shipping mobile-first creative that feels authentic, culturally resonant, and built for the platforms where Canadian audiences actually spend their time.

You're not building 30-second spots for linear TV. You're crafting social-first videos, editorial moments, creator collabs, and campaign content that feels native to feeds and true to the Hard Rock brand. You'll join a small but mighty team, roll up your sleeves on tight-turn projects, and always be one step ahead of the sports calendar or casino promo drop - with a sharp eye on what connects with a Canadian audience.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate & Elevate: Partner closely with a nimble team of creatives, contributing your expertise to raise the quality of the work. Bring a fast, smart, culturally aware creative perspective that influences the team's output without a formal management mandate.
  • Own the Canadian Launch: Be a key creative voice in our international expansion into Canada, ensuring content reflects local culture, tone, and market context across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Be the Compliance Gatekeeper: Make sure every asset is built to win and plays by the rules. That means staying sharp on responsible gaming standards, offer disclaimers, age-gating, and Canadian regulatory requirements across provinces.
  • Drive Engagement: Oversee production for high-impact content across social, UGC, and influencer channels. Hit timelines, hit budgets, and create work that genuinely connects with audiences.
  • Show Up On Set: Travel to and produce campaign shoots, bringing creative vision to life on location. Manage on-set logistics, direct talent, and ensure captured content meets brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Grow Creator & UGC Programs: Source, guide, and scale a bench of content creators - with a focus on Canadian voices - who can authentically represent the Hard Rock Digital brand in vertical, mobile-first formats.
  • Create Hands-On: Edit and reformat paid social videos across platform specs, pulling from your own footage, other producers, and UGC creators. Add captions, disclosures, and disclaimers, and deliver publish-ready assets fast, including timely ads tied to live games, big wins, and new market moments. If you love being in the edit, this role is built for you.
  • Turn Strategy Into Action: Partner closely with Creative and Marketing leadership to translate offers, promos, and campaign briefs into content plans that land with Canadian audiences.
  • Measure & Iterate: Review content performance data to optimize creative output, test new formats, and improve quickly based on what's working.
  • Manage Budgets & Resources: Handle production budgets, negotiate creator deals, and make the most of every dollar.
  • Comfortable being on camera when needed: Our producers occasionally appear in UGC-style content, and a willingness to step in front of the lens is a plus.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in a creative production role, ideally with experience in brand or digital marketing and short-form video content.
  • Deep knowledge (or strong interest) in iGaming, sports betting, or casino content - experience with Canadian markets is a strong plus.
  • A portfolio packed with mobile-first, short-form video content - TikToks, Reels, and story-first executions are especially welcome.
  • Experience scaling influencer or UGC programs across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
  • Comfortable interpreting content performance data to inform creative decisions and iteration.
  • Well-versed in platform nuances and trends across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and more - you know what works and why.
  • Fluent in Premiere Pro and After Effects. Bonus if you've dabbled in Figma or Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered content tools, including video and image generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney) as well as AI-enhanced editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Topaz Video AI). Comfort using AI to accelerate production workflows, generate creative variations, and stay ahead of emerging content formats.
  • Comfortable working with legal and compliance teams in a regulated industry, with familiarity (or willingness to get up to speed) on Canadian gaming regulations.

What We Offer

We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation and benefits. Our team benefits include, but are not limited to:
  • Flexible vacation allowance.
  • Remote or Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with opportunities for in-person collaboration at our Austin or Florida headquarters, or a hybrid arrangement.
