Job Description: - Leads cross-functional team members toward strategic resolutions of complex problems in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Completes documentation requirements that align with overall business strategies for all phases of the process development life cycle, as assigned.
- Manages projects, monitoring schedules and statuses including any potential delays, situations, or concerns that may affect outcomes, and communicates these to management.
- Creates and maintains dashboards and reports for People Systems.
Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: 1001 N. Lake Destiny Rd, Maitland FL - remote - but must be able to come in when required for meetings.
Education: • Bachelor's [Required]• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study: • in human resources, finance, or business, or related field
• in finance, accounting or analytics
Work Experience: • 4+ relevant experience [Required]• 5+ business acquisition project management including due diligence analysis, integrating business process, migrating data, tracking and resolving complex issues lists, meeting milestones [Required]• 5+ leading and managing complex data driven projects (preferably in a medium to large size company) [Preferred]• 5+ relevant hris system experience, including erp system implementation [Required]• Professional work experience in a healthcare setting [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications: • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) [Preferred]• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
