  • Drive the performance review cycle, facilitate goal-setting, and guide career development
  • Own Rippling as the single source of truth for employee records, including those employed under an international EOR or US PEO
  • Leverage AI to automate day-to-day work, and help train and manage AI agents across People systems
  • Build initiatives that strengthen employee experience and engagement, including local city hubs and social events
  • Manage and optimize the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, relocations, immigration, and leave across multiple jurisdictions
  • Ensure People policies and practices comply with employment laws in Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom
  • Partner with the Talent team on compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract and retain Olympic-calibre talent
  • Support with other responsibilities and projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have 5+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR Generalist, HRBP or similar role in a high-growth environment
  • You have a strong understanding of global employment law, compliance, and best practices
  • You're a forward-thinker who works independently, adapts quickly to change, and uses technology to create efficiencies
  • You're comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Cowork to streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making
  • You handle sensitive issues with discretion and have a strong commitment to confidentiality
  • You have effective written and verbal communication skills, proactive and solution-focused problem-solving, and strong organizational skills
  • You have experience with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools such as Rippling, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and Notion.
  • You have a proven track record of running People and Culture programs that positively impacted culture and growth
  • You can operate at every level and partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert
