Overview

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The role partners closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to drive execution, operational discipline, and delivery across the People & Culture (P&C) and Workplace Operations & Experience (WOE) functions. This role ensures enterprise priorities are translated into clear plans, executed with rigor, and delivered with measurable impact across the team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Partner with the CPO to deliver and execute on the HR operating plan, and transformation roadmap.
  • Support the CPO deliverables with focus, rigor, and strong follow-through on top priorities.
  • Enhance leadership team effectiveness through structured meeting cadence, agenda design, offsite coordination, and consistent follow-through.
  • Lead the preparation of executive and Board-level materials as directed by CPO.
  • Translate P&C priorities into actionable plans across COEs, People Operations and WOE.
  • Track progress, surface risks, and help drive decisions to ensure delivery.
  • Oversee PMO governance, prioritization, and execution discipline.
  • As directed by CPO, partner with Finance on goals, budget, headcount, and reporting.
  • Advance responsible AI adoption across P&C and WOE.
  • Support on any HR M&A and integration activities as directed by CPO.
  • Support Executive decision-making, program management, and initiative execution through clear communication and coordination.
  • Partner closely with COEs, to find knowledge and skills gaps and bring solutions to address gaps.
  • Facilitate the improvement of current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency, productivity and scalability.
  • P&C-owned policies to ensure alignment, clarity, and compliance.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.


Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
  • 10+ years of experience across People & Culture, HR operations, or HR transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field is required; Master's preferred
  • Prior experience driving HR integration in M&A.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional influence.
  • Proven success in a project coordination role.
  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
  • Strong project reporting skills with focus on intradepartmental communications.
  • Ability to work well with others

The expected starting pay range for this role is $118,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, family care benefits, employee assistance program, paid time off and bonding leave, paid holidays, 401(k)/RRSP retirement savings plan with employer contribution, and employee referral bonuses.
