Responsibilities

  • Conduct exit interviews and report trends back to HRBPs.
  • Maintain and ensure the HR intranet content is accurate and engaging.

Position Overview

The Senior People and Culture Operations Partner serves as the main point of contact and resolution for all PNC queries, including Workday and policy advice in line with best practice, from employees, managers and leaders. This roles This position also assists with Business Partner activities to support an engaged workforce.

Job Description

What You'll Do
  • Manages the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), approval flows in Workday (excluding compensation and grade changes)
  • Schedules and delivers training to managers, teams, and employees on HRIS functionality, ensuring awareness of the system capabilities and available reports
  • Identifies opportunities for improvements to streamline processes, save time, and provide a smooth process for improved internal customer service
  • Takes initiative to meet the needs of internal customers; performs ad-hoc reporting
  • Serves as primary point of contact for PNC inquiries, including policy and process, from all employees, managers and leaders, ensuring timely and right-first-time support
  • Provides feedback on policies to managers and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs); drives policy adoption, awareness and compliance through communication and training; initiates training and education for areas driving common questions
  • Organizes onboarding activities and facilitates New Hire Orientation, ensuring all coordination and administration is completed for Day 1 readiness
  • Conducts exit interviews, synthesizes trends, and provides actionable feedback to HRBPs
  • Monitors and manages the HR intranet, ensuring the content is current, accurate and engaging
  • Partners with the Global Mobility team on visas and employee agreements; ensures paperwork is compliant
  • Contributes to and owns benefits and ad-hoc projects across PNC
  • Assists with leave of absence administration, as needed
  • Partners with Business Partners on succession planning activities
  • Arranges site-specific training in adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) / good manufacturing practice (GMP) policy as well as manages the logistics, including the sourcing of providers
  • Raises requisitions and reconciliations of invoices in SAP
  • Ensures all HR & organizational development (OD) systems are maintained
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills
  • Working knowledge of employment law and ability to understand and interpret existing policies

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation in a fast-paced environment

Basic Requirement / Certifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with 9 years of applicable industry experience OR
  • Associate's degree with 7 years of applicable industry experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of applicable industry experience OR
  • Master's degree with 3 years of applicable industry experience
  • Experience working in a GMP environment

Preferred Requirement / Certifications
  • Experience working with an HRIS, preferably Workday
  • Human resources certification (SHRM, PHR)
