Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with organizational goals and managing the full employee lifecycle for a large or complex function. You'll elevate leadership capability, drive engagement and performance, and mentor other P&C Business Partners.

Job Description

What you'll do
  • Partner with leaders to translate business goals into people plans; embed leadership principles and people fundamentals.
  • Champion engagement: facilitate action planning from survey insights and support leadership development.
  • Drive consistent, fair performance management, coach leaders on behavior and performance.
  • Collaborate with Reward on compensation strategy, support annual pay review, and manage Workday approvals for comp and grade changes.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management: build pipelines with TA, identify high-potential talent, and craft development/retention plans; support succession planning and job architecture.
  • Lead org design and change initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment law; act as a change agent across restructuring and process improvements.
  • Use people analytics and KPIs to inform decisions, measure impact, and improve data quality.
  • Onboard senior leaders to align on processes, expectations, and culture.
  • Lead small global projects and contribute to larger cross-functional initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach P&C Business Partners to build team capability.
