What You'll Do:
  • As our Senior PEO Operations Manager, you'll lead the charge in building and managing the backbone of our PEO operations. You'll drive strategy and day-to-day execution across payroll, tax, benefits, compliance, client onboarding, and risk management. This isn't just a leadership role - it's a high-impact, hands-on opportunity where your decisions shape outcomes and drive results.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading cross-functional operations and optimizing workflows through platforms like iSolved and MasterTax.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations, PEO licensing, and NAPEO standards.
  • Overseeing multiple client implementations and managing high-value relationships with excellence.
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to drive growth strategy, support M&A integration, and scale operations.
  • Mentoring and empowering managers across teams to cultivate a high-performance, client-first culture.
  • Leading efforts in claims, EPLI, Workers' Compensation, and risk underwriting strategy.
