Program Manager PennDnAThe Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects and tasks throughout the development lifecycle within PennDnA's portfolio. This role coordinates activities to achieve strategic objectives, stakeholder needs, and effective delivery. The Program Manager develops the portfolio roadmap, sets goals, and prioritizes the backlog. They clarify business value and acceptance criteria for both internal clients and PennDnA teams. Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills are necessary. The Program Manager must possess a solid understanding of SDLC, specifically Scrum or other Agile software development methodologies.
Responsibilities:Portfolio Management:
- Prioritize and refine the PennDnA portfolio backlog in alignment with organizational and stakeholder goals.
- Use expertise to develop and maintain a clear portfolio roadmap for ongoing and future features and enhancements.
- Continually order backlog items based on knowledge, feedback, market changes, and stakeholder input.
- borate with the PennDnA teams to ensure delivery of the highest value features.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the PennDnA teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Understand and anticipate stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Work with stakeholders to clearly define and refine user stories and requirements.
- Identify acceptance criteria. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders. Use expertise in data analysis to make strategic recommendations.
- Communicate updates back to stakeholders.
Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with PennDnA teams to ensure alignment of portfolio goals and requirements.
- Draw on operations expertise to communicate the scope and value behind each user story.
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Collaborate with PennDnA teams to identify and address potential risks and remove impediments.
- Coordinate testing and validation efforts.
- Ensure consistent delivery of valuable increments.
Project Execution:
- Align objectives, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proactively assess and address problems.
- If needed, recommend interventions to leaders.
- Continually inspect development progress, seeking feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on portfolio progress, impediments, and risks.

Education:- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 3+ Product Owner, project management, program manager or other experience leading projects/initiatives. (Required)
- 1+ years of Agile experience (Preferred)
- 1+ years of Healthcare experience (Preferred)
Certifications: - Product Owner Certification (Preferred)
Senior Program Manager DnA:
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects and tasks throughout the development lifecycle within PennDnA's portfolio. The Senior Program Manager develops the portfolio roadmap, sets goals, and prioritizes the backlog. They clarify business value and acceptance criteria for both stakeholders and development teams. The Senior Program Manager must manage customer requirements and have a high commitment to detail. In this role, there will be a high level of accountability and visibility within the organization. Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills are necessary. This role must consult with stakeholders, offering expertise in data analysis and providing data-driven strategic recommendations.

Education or Equivalent Experience:- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 5+ years as a product owner, project management, program manager or other experience leading projects/initiatives is required.
- 3+ years of Agile experience is required.
- 3+ years of healthcare experience is preferred.
Certifications:
- Product Owner Certification (Preferred)
