Description

As a Senior Pega Consultant, you will design, develop and deliver Pega applications using Agile project methodology in order to satisfy client requirements. As a key member of our team, you will contribute expertise in a professional and collaborative work environment. In addition, you will mentor and grow junior consultants across the team, leading by example, improving their skills, and insisting on operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client meetings that support Agile methodology development
  • Analyze and understand client business objectives and requirements
  • Design client solutions utilizing the Pega Platform within specified timeframes
  • Troubleshoot, debug and demo applications
  • Gather and evaluate client feedback
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Manage and collaborate with development team members throughout sprint life cycle

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of software development experience utilizing the Pega Platform
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (SSA); Lead System Architect (LSA) is a plus
  • Ability to program in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or other programming languages
  • Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience
  • Demonstratable consulting skillsets, including requirements gathering and analysis

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, srcLogic provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience. The salary range is just one component of srcLogic's total rewards package that includes a variety of benefits to employees.
