Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll processing focusing on US and Canadian payroll
• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian payroll regulations, including California labor laws
• Experience with Workday payroll system preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll-related software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage EIB data processing and reconciliation
• Maintain ACAS data for accurate compensation calculations
• Administer the LTI program payroll for US and Canadian employees
• Calculate and process dividend payments for eligible employees
• Manage vacation payouts in compliance with US and Canadian regulations
• Calculate payouts for bank time and sick days accurately
• Participate in annual Workday system reviews and testing
• Run full pay for expatriate employees, including housing calculations
• Execute month-end payroll processes and tax remittances
• Consolidate payroll accounts for accurate tax remittances in Canada
• Provide guidance to payroll analysts and assist with complex issues
• Engage in payroll-related projects for system and process improvements
