The OpportunityAs Verse deepens our partnerships with payors across the country, we are seeking a Senior Payor Success Manager to onboard, own, and expand these payor relationships. You will be Verse's point person for a range of critical payor accounts - including smaller regional plans, massive national plans, and TPAs - and will work extensively with customers and internal teams to deliver a first-class home healthcare experience.
What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions
- Be "the face of Verse" for payor customers, owning the day-to-day for a range of key operational factors.
- Hold regular partnership reviews with payor counterparts to discuss existing business performance, further understand their business priorities, and clearly demonstrate Verse's differentiated value across our medical supply, software, and service offerings.
- Leverage partnership reviews, internal data, and market news to identify and act on opportunities for account expansion. Examples of expansion opportunities include pricing improvements, market share gains, and clinical partnerships.
- Build account plans that map out expansion opportunities over a multi-year time horizon.
- Collaborate with internal teams - including but not limited to enterprise partnerships, clinical partnerships, marketing, RCM, and operations - to resolve issues and expand accounts.
- Serve as one of Verse's experts on the complex payor landscape, understanding how complex medical supply and home health needs vary across Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, and Commercial plans.
- Travel as needed for critical customer meetings.
What You'll Bring: The Skills and Experience You'll Leverage
- Experience managing payor relationships, either in a customer success, account management, or consulting relationship.
- 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
- Experience building relationships across all levels of customer organizations, from gatekeepers to c-level executives.
- Strong understanding of payor priorities, including financial performance, administrative overhead, and member experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Elite organizational skills & attention to detail; consistently delivers timely, zero-defect work.
- Passionate about genuinely improving the way patients access and pay for healthcare across the United States.
