About the Role

Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Remote (U.S.), with limited travel to campus partners

Reports To: Head of Higher Education

Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000

CodePath has built a network of 50+ campus partners, and the opportunity now is depth: making each partnership go further, semester after semester. You'll own the growth and health of that network. Every institution is a relationship to deepen. A single course can become five, one department can become three, a pilot can change how a school teaches computer science. You'll turn our partnership practices into repeatable playbooks and use data to decide where to focus.

The courses work, and the numbers make the case:
  • CodePath alumni are 8x more likely to land a technical role at F500 companies than their peers
  • CodePath alumni see an 80% increase in successful job or internship placement than their peers
  • Graduates go on to intern and work at companies like Amazon, Google, and Meta

If you succeed, twelve months from now our existing partners will be enrolling more students in more courses than we thought possible, and every school in the network will be growing the same way.
The team you'll join

You'll join CodePath's Higher Education team, reporting to the Head of Higher Education. It's an early team building the partnership motion from the ground up, so you'll help shape the playbook. You'll work alongside a business development counterpart who originates new campus partners and a senior partnerships manager to grow and retain the existing book. Day to day, you'll work with Product, Product Marketing, and our Learning and Delivery team, who own program operations and keep every implementation running.
What you'll own

Grow adoption inside existing partners
  • Run a deliberate expansion plan for each partner, moving from a single course toward full-department adoption.
  • Build and mobilize champions among faculty and department chairs who pull CodePath deeper into the curriculum, across elective and required courses and into career development.
  • Make the case for CodePath's curriculum, technical rigor, and student outcomes to a CS faculty audience.

Own the health of your partners
  • Own renewals across your accounts and keep every partner engaged and returning each term.
  • Build relationships across the full campus map: faculty, department chairs, deans, and administrators.
  • Track each partner's health and program performance, spot churn risk early, and step in before an account goes quiet.
  • Partner with Learning and Delivery to keep implementations running smoothly.

Run the partnership motion on data
  • Strengthen how CodePath plans and tracks partnerships across their lifecycle.
  • Give leadership clear visibility into partnership health, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Work with the Head of Higher Education to prioritize where to invest across the portfolio.
This role may be right for you if:

Required
  • You bring 5+ years in account management, customer success, partnerships, or sales engineering.
  • You have strong knowledge of higher education ecosystems, including institutional structures, decision-making processes, and campus dynamics.
  • You have the technical depth to discuss CS curriculum and earn the respect of CS faculty
  • You turn complex data into clear stories and act on what it tells you.
  • You build relationships that last across a range of institutional stakeholders.
  • You excel at cross-functional collaboration, coordinating across internal teams to serve your accounts.
  • You already use AI tools daily to work faster and sharper, and you can show how.
  • You're committed to CodePath's mission to advance economic mobility through education.

Preferred
  • You've worked directly with faculty, ideally in computer science or STEM departments.
  • You understand how courses get approved for credit on campus, including curriculum committee review and mechanisms like credit for prior learning.
  • You have a CS degree and/or background in software engineering.
Compensation

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position's level, no matter where you live. For this role, we're hiring for a Senior Manager level position at an annual salary of $130,000 to $150,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.

This is a salaried role. It does not include commission or variable compensation.
Full-Time Employee Benefits

This is a 100% remote position-work from anywhere in the U.S.! CodePath prioritizes employee well-being with a competitive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
  • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (90% employer-covered for employees and dependents), employer-funded healthcare reimbursement, FSAs, and Employee Assistance Program
