As a Partner Operations Change Management Strategist, you will work to keep our network of banking and payment partners running like a well-oiled machine while enabling Mercury to launch products and features that make banking feel effortless. This will include a mix of day-to-day communication, process design and execution, as well as long-term strategic relationship building. Internally, you9ll work across many of our teams, like Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal - owning the change management program that unblocks sustained growth and innovation. You9ll be the connection between our product teams and external banking partners, advocating for the most efficient collaboration possible and removing roadblocks so our designers and engineers can build with the freedom to dream big. You9ll deliver magic to our bank partners and, in turn, our customers by making sure even the smallest details of our partnership operate efficiently, so we can continue to expand our products and services.

You will: - Own, mature, expand, and operate our existing change management processes with internal teams and our product and banking partners
- Support day-to-day relationship management with Mercury9s bank partners related to new feature and product launches
- Help build the knowledge base for how our partnerships work and a framework for our internal teams to support new feature development
- Onboard and train Mercury employees on any external tools or dashboards they need to work with partners
- Work with risk and compliance to create reporting and feedback processes that can scale alongside product development
- Work with engineering and product to launch features and grow existing programs
- Work with marketing to track changes and deliver roadmaps to external stakeholders
- Get exposure to a ton of teams at Mercury - working with everyone from Audit to Legal
- Help our partnerships team strategically grow Mercury9s network of financial relationships and deepen already existing programs
You should: - Have 7+ years of experience in financial services or banking operations, with at least 3 years supporting bank partnerships
- Feel confident building relationships and being the operational go-to for change requests related to our bank partners
- Have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Be highly collaborative and innately tuned in to partner expectations

New hire offers are made based on a candidate9s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:- US employees in New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles or San Francisco: $142,400,000 - $178,000
- US employees outside of New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles or San Francisco: $128,200-$160,200
