Full Job Description
Who You Are

You are a strategic builder and collaborator who excels at translating business strategy into executable, scalable go-to-market motions. You have a proven track record of developing partner-centric marketing programs that drive mutual growth and strengthen ecosystem relationships. You are analytically minded, creative, and comfortable operating in the complex intersection of marketing strategy, partnership enablement, and cross-functional execution.

In this role, you will work closely with the Partner Marketing Director to develop and execute targeted GTM playbooks for different partner types-channel partners, marketplace and integration partners, and strategic alliances. You'll own the creation, optimization, and performance management of partner marketing assets and campaigns, collaborating seamlessly with field marketing, demand generation, brand, and product teams to ensure partner programs are positioned compellingly and executed with impact.

You thrive on building scalable systems and repeatable processes that enable partners to sell and market with confidence. You're comfortable working with ambiguity, bringing clarity through data-driven insights and strategic thinking. You communicate complex partnership dynamics in clear, simple terms, and you're equally at home presenting to executives, enabling field teams, or collaborating with individual partners.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
  • GTM Playbook Strategy & Execution: Partner with the Partner Marketing Director to define go-to-market playbooks for different partner types. Own the strategic approach to how we execute those playbooks-campaign structure, asset types, timing, sequencing. Execute playbooks and continuously refine based on market feedback and performance.
  • Campaign Asset Strategy & Execution: Own the strategic approach to how partner campaigns look, feel, and perform. Define the creative direction, asset types, and design systems that bring partner positioning to life. Work with Brand and PMM teams to translate product and partner messaging into compelling, on-brand assets. Continuously optimize based on performance data.
  • Co-Marketing Campaign Execution: Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners in coordination with demand gen, field marketing, and brand teams. Own operational planning, creative direction, timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Partner Program Enablement: Build enablement frameworks and toolkits that arm partners with knowledge, resources, and confidence to sell Justworks, based on strategic frameworks developed by the Partner Marketing Director.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, field marketing, demand gen, brand, product, and sales to align on execution of partner programs and resolve operational constraints.
  • Measurement & Optimization Strategy: Define what success looks like for partner campaigns. Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks that connect partner marketing activities to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, activation). Analyze campaign performance against those metrics and recommend optimization approaches. Own the measurement narrative ("Here's what worked, here's why, here's what we should do differently").
  • Partner Lifecycle Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across partner journey stages (onboarding, scaling, renewal) based on lifecycle strategy defined by the Partner Marketing Director.
How You Will Do Your Work

As a Senior Manager of Partner Marketing, how you achieve results is paramount. You ground your work in the following foundational knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal attributes:
  • Strategic Thinking with Execution Discipline: You balance big-picture strategy with meticulous attention to detail and timelines. You break complex partner marketing challenges into clear, actionable workstreams and deliver measurable results.
  • Clear Communication: Articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively through written, verbal, visual, and presentation formats. You translate strategic initiatives into clear briefs for partners and cross-functional teams. You listen actively to understand partner needs and market feedback.
  • Partner-Centric Mindset: You approach partner marketing from the partner's perspective, asking "What problem does this solve for the partner?" You understand partner business models, sales cycles, and success metrics. You're genuinely invested in partner growth and mutual value creation.
  • Analytical Rigor: You leverage data and metrics to inform strategy, validate assumptions, and drive continuous improvement. You're comfortable with analytics tools and translating data insights into business recommendations. You measure what matters.
  • Collaboration & Influence Without Authority: You work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, building consensus and influencing outcomes without direct line authority. You're resourceful, diplomatic, and solution-oriented when navigating competing priorities.
  • Creativity & Resourcefulness: You bring creative thinking to partner marketing challenges, developing innovative asset formats, campaign approaches, and enablement solutions. You optimize what you have and find effective solutions within constraints.
  • Attention to Consistency & Brand Integrity: You ensure all partner-facing materials maintain Justworks brand standards, tone, and quality. You care about the cohesive, on-brand experience partners have across all touchpoints.
  • Adaptability: You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm. You adjust course based on feedback and market dynamics while maintaining focus on core objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, product, and operations functions. Experience influencing decisions and driving alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Content & Asset Development: Experience creating or directing the creation of diverse marketing assets-from collateral design and copywriting to video, case studies, and digital content. Portfolio demonstrating creative, on-brand work.
  • Data & Analytics: Comfort with marketing metrics, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to track, interpret, and communicate performance against KPIs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences-from partners to executives. Strong business writing capabilities.
