Senior Partner Development Manager (SPDM)

Position Summary
The Senior Partner Development Manager (SPDM) plays a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Telarus' presence within a defined geographic region. This role serves as the primary point of contact between Telarus and key stakeholders, including existing Technology Advisors, prospective TAs, and Technology Suppliers.
The ideal candidate is a proactive business builder who excels at recruiting, activating, and developing partners while driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment
• Build strong alliances with suppliers to align field activities and joint growth initiatives.
• Identify and recruit high potential Technology Advisors who are not currently aligned with Telarus.
• Target and convert MSPs, VARs, and IT consultants expanding into network, voice, and cloud services.
Partner Activation and Growth
• Maintain regular engagement with producing Telarus partners to understand needs, remove friction, and drive consistent production.
• Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities by introducing additional Telarus services, solutions, and tools.
• Plan and execute local enablement events and supplier meetings to increase partner engagement and market awareness.
Performance Metrics
• Net Revenue Growth: Retention and expansion of recurring revenue across existing partner accounts including MRR and NRR.
• New Partner Recruitment and Activation: Revenue generated by newly onboarded Technology Advisors who transition into active sellers.
• Active Selling Partner Growth: Increase in the number of partners submitting opportunities and closing business monthly.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in technology, telecom, or channel sales strongly preferred.
• Ability to build and manage relationships from executive leadership to operational stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing and growing a partner ecosystem.
Working Conditions
• Remote role with frequent travel throughout the Rockies region.
• Comfortable leading both virtual and in person engagements.
• Hosting and managing industry and partner events.
• Prolonged periods of computer based work.
