Full Job Description
Senior Corporate Paralegal, Legal Operations & Executive Business Partner plays a key role in advancing the Company's legal, governance, compliance, contract management, and risk management objectives. Reporting to the General Counsel, this position serves as a trusted partner to the Legal Department and executive leadership, driving operational excellence, enhancing contract lifecycle management, strengthening governance and compliance programs, and supporting strategic business initiatives. This multifaceted role combines corporate paralegal expertise with legal operations leadership, including responsibility for contract administration, legal process improvement, legal technology and AI solution implementation, records management, litigation and insurance support, corporate governance, data privacy, and enterprise-wide project coordination.

In addition to supporting the Legal Department, this position serves as a strategic operational partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team, helping improve organizational effectiveness, drive accountability, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. The role acts as a central point of coordination for executive decisions, governance activities, strategic priorities, and action items, helping ensure alignment and successful execution across the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive legal professional with exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, advanced technical aptitude, and the ability to independently manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

DUTIES

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the General Counsel and Executive Leadership Team, supporting legal operations, corporate governance, compliance initiatives, contract management, and enterprise-wide business objectives.
  • Prepare, review, customize, and administer a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, software licensing agreements, professional services agreements, amendments, renewals, and other legal documents. Coordinate contract approvals, execution, record retention, and ongoing contract lifecycle management activities.
  • Lead legal operations initiatives by maintaining contract repositories, improving legal processes, implementing best practices, supporting legal technology and AI solutions, developing reporting and dashboards, and enhancing workflow automation, records management, and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to the CEO by tracking strategic initiatives, action items, and executive decisions; supporting leadership accountability; coordinating cross-functional projects; and ensuring alignment and successful execution of key organizational priorities.
  • Support corporate governance and corporate secretary functions, including maintaining corporate records, minute books, resolutions, and governance documentation, while coordinating approvals and execution of corporate documents.
  • Assist with compliance, data privacy, ESG, AI governance, audit, and regulatory initiatives, including policy administration, training, reporting, assessments, and cross-border compliance activities.
  • Support litigation, claims, insurance, and risk management matters, including document collection, legal holds, discovery support, outside counsel coordination, and related business risk initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate paralegal, legal operations, contract administration, or related legal roles supporting in-house legal departments.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing, administering, and managing commercial agreements, contract workflows, governance activities, compliance programs, and cross-functional business initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and highly confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience utilizing legal technology platforms, contract management systems, workflow automation tools, reporting solutions, and AI-enabled technologies to improve business processes and operational performance.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, confidential information, and complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, data privacy programs, executive reporting, KPI dashboards, government procurement processes, proposal compliance, ESG initiatives, or legal operations programs is preferred.
  • Exceptional business judgment, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess risk, synthesize complex information, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and drive process improvements across the organization.

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
