We're seeking a hands-on Senior Paid Search Manager to lead paid search strategy across a portfolio of consumer brands. This individual will own Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns from strategy through execution while helping transition paid search management in-house.

Responsibilities- Own paid search strategy and execution across multiple consumer brands.
- Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Oversee Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
- Develop bidding strategies, keyword roadmaps, and campaign optimizations to maximize ROAS.
- Lead the transition of paid search from external agencies to an internal team.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor platform updates and implement new features and best practices.
Qualifications- 5-7 years of hands-on paid search experience.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Google Merchant Center.
- Experience managing $2M+ in annual paid media spend across multiple brands or business units.
- Strong understanding of Performance Max, Shopping campaigns, bidding strategies, and feed optimization.
- Experience with product feed management platforms such as Feedonomics or DataFeedWatch.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building and presenting performance reports.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment with broad ownership.
Preferred- Footwear, apparel, fashion, retail, or DTC ecommerce experience.
- Microsoft Ads experience.
- Experience with SA360 or enterprise bid management platforms.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Rockerbox.
- Experience managing Criteo or other paid retargeting platforms.
Compensation: $100,000-125,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
