Senior Orchestration Manager

Job Description
We're looking for a highly driven Senior Orchestration Manager to shape and deliver strategic commercial initiatives across Sage's global GTM portfolio. In this role, you'll provide clarity and confidence to senior leadership with transparent insight into program progress, risks, and outcomes-while driving operational efficiencies and elevating program maturity through strong end-to-end delivery practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead complex programs to successful outcomes, embedding effective delivery methods and business discipline along the way. You'll also cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, foster a growth mindset, and actively share best practices across the organization.

This is a Hybrid position based on-site 3 days per week in our Atlanta office in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and quality standards
• Lead and guide matrixed teams on program and project delivery, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and business process enhancements
• Standardize reporting and key metrics for program outcomes
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations, driving accountability to senior stakeholders
• Take ownership of key strategic initiatives and special projects from start to finish
• Prepare and manage governance meetings and associated materials
