Senior Oracle Integration Cloud Middleware & ETL Developer
Location- Washington, DC (Hybrid)This program requires US CitizenshipThe Senior Oracle integration Cloud (OIC) Middleware, ETL, EBS Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and supporting ETL Jobs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations for an Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environment hosted in OCI. This role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable data flows between EBS and external systems, aligning with enterprise integration standards and operational readiness activities. This position requires deep expertise in OIC orchestration, REST/SOAP services, FBDI/HDL patterns, ERP adapters, ETL Process and hands-on understanding of EBS interface tables, APIs, and concurrent program frameworks.
Key ResponsibilitiesOIC Integration Design & Development- OIC Orchestration Development - Design and maintain orchestrations, scheduled jobs, file based flows, and event driven integrations aligned with modernization and UNIFI operations.
- REST/SOAP & Connector Engineering - Implement REST/SOAP services, OIC connectors, EBS adapters, FTP/SFTP, and OCI Object Storage patterns.
- FBDI/API Integrations - Build FBDI based and API based integrations for Financials, Procurement, AR/AP, and custom modules.
- Transformation Mapping - Develop XSLT/JSON/XML mappings with robust error handling, retry, and notification frameworks.
- Middleware & EBS Technical Support - Develop/troubleshoot PL/SQL, EBS interfaces/APIs, concurrent programs, BI/XML Publisher artifacts, and middleware components; implement monitoring and audit ready logging; support test cycles and cutovers; resolve production defects under federal compliance expectations.
EBS R12 Integration Support- EBS Interface Frameworks - Design and support staging table interfaces, validations, and public API based integrations.
- Outbound Data Extraction - Collaborate with technical teams on outbound extraction requirements.
- Subledger Troubleshooting - Troubleshoot data, process, API, and workflow issues across EBS subledgers.
Operational Readiness & Migration Support- Integration Design Reviews - Participate in integration design reviews and IOC planning sessions.
- Cutover & Migration Support - Support cutovers, migrations, and release deployments across OCI environments.
- End to End Validation - Coordinate with DBAs, EBS Admins, and Developers to validate integration readiness.
Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Support- OIC Monitoring - Monitor OIC dashboards, error logs, instance runs, and connectors.
- Integration Failure Resolution - Analyze and resolve integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Logging & Observability - Enhance logging, observability, and exception handling to meet enterprise reliability standards.
Documentation & Governance- Technical Documentation - Develop TDDs, integration specifications, and support runbooks.
- Mapping & Version Control - Maintain source to target mappings, API catalogs, and versioning standards aligned with operational planning.
- Compliance Documentation - Support SOX/SOD, audit evidence, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills & Experience- EBS Technical/Integration Background - 7-10+ years Oracle EBS technical or integration development experience.
- OIC Expertise - 3-5+ years hands on OIC experience including orchestrations.
- SQL/PLSQL ETL Skills - 3-5+ years SQL/PLSQL ETL data?load experience.
- Integration Patterns - Experience with REST/SOAP, event driven flows, file transfers, and scheduling.
- EBS Interface Expertise - Strong experience with interface tables, open APIs, concurrent programs, and data load patterns.
- FBDI/ADFdi & Mapping - Expertise with FBDI/ADFdi, XSLT/JSON/XML mappings, and integration best practices.
- OCI Integration Services - Proficiency with OCI services relevant to integrations.
- Performance Debugging - Strong PL/SQL tuning and debugging skills.
- Cross Functional Review Experience - Experience participating in ERP TDD or integration focused design reviews.
- Communication & Program Support - Excellent communication skills and experience supporting large integration programs.
Preferred Qualifications- Cloud Integration Background - Background in EBS integrations with cloud systems and ERP modernization.
- Data Warehouse Tools - Experience with OBIEE, Snowflake, or similar tools.
- ETL Tools - Experience with ODI, Informatica, or similar ETL platforms.
- DevOps & CI/CD - Experience with OCI DevOps pipelines, Git based CI/CD for OIC, or API Gateway.
Position Details: - Pay Rate / Range:$77-$89/hr
The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
