Job Description:OverviewSeeking a Senior Optimization Analyst to join our Digital team. This role focuses on improving digital customer experiences through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and website optimization initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, and digital teams to drive conversion improvements and deliver measurable business impact.
Job Description Reporting to the Practice Chapter Lead, Optimizations & Personalization, the Senior Optimization Analyst will be responsible for understanding customers online, recognizing their digital needs and goals, and measuring their success. The Senior Optimization Analyst will plan, prioritize, and execute Optimization initiatives across public sites and conversion funnels. This includes A/B (Standard & Premium), multi-variant testing, segmentation, and targeted testing programs. The position will ensure that these initiatives deliver value and improve the client experience across all digital properties (public, conversion funnel, self-service, and mobile properties). Responsibilities include identifying key success metrics, issuing of test plans, technical specifications, the analysis and reporting of results, key learning and recommended next steps.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across web and digital channels.
- Develop optimization roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, conversion funnels, digital sales performance, and user experience.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, reporting requirements, and testing strategies.
- Analyze web analytics data to uncover trends, customer behaviors, pain points, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, UX, and Technology to implement optimization initiatives.
- Establish and maintain optimization standards, governance, and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital optimization techniques.
Required Qualifications - 3-5+ years of experience in digital optimization, web analytics, experimentation, or digital insights.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
- A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting strategies.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Experience with optimization platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or Maxymiser.
- Financial services or banking industry experience.
- Exposure to customer segmentation and behavioral targeting strategies.
