Full Job Description
In this role, you'll provide program-level project management oversight across operational, quality, and site capital initiatives, helping ensure alignment to site strategy, governance expectations, and delivery commitments. You'll lead project planning activities such as scope definition, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. You'll also support and maintain site Quality Systems, including deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, procedural documentation, and periodic reviews, while helping keep records accurate, complete, and inspection-ready. This position also plays a key part in CAPEX governance, including business case support, review board coordination, PO creation, financial tracking, and budget oversight, while partnering cross-functionally with teams across Quality, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, EHS, and Finance.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, finance, or business discipline, or equivalent experience (10+ yoe).
  • 5+ years experience working in a regulated GxP environment
  • Demonstrated experience providing project and program management oversight in an operational setting
  • Experience managing quality, business, or compliance risk
  • Working knowledge of Quality Systems and regulatory compliance
  • Working knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong digital capability, including data analytics, financial tracking tools, and AI-enabled productivity platforms
Preferred Background
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing operations
  • Formal project or program management certification
  • Experience managing CAPEX projects and financial governance
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections or health authority interactions
  • Experience applying Lean tools such as value stream mapping or Kaizen
