Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, finance, or business discipline, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a regulated GxP environment.
• Proven project and program management experience in operations.
• Experience managing quality, business, or compliance risk.
• Familiarity with Quality Systems and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Strong digital skills, including data analytics and financial tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight across operational, quality, and site capital initiatives.
• Lead project planning activities including scope definition and resource planning.
• Manage scheduling, risk management, and milestone execution for multiple concurrent projects.
• Support and maintain site Quality Systems, including deviation and investigation processes.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and inspection-ready records.
• Assist in CAPEX governance and business case support.
• Collaborate across Quality, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, EHS, and Finance teams.
