Senior Operations Research Analyst

Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support an Army Product Office responsible for the development and defense of cost estimates to support acquisition decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct independent cost analyses for assigned programs.
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle cost estimates using ACE-IT.
  • Create cost-estimating methodologies based on available data.
  • Forecast costs for systems, programs, projects, and resources.
  • Provide technical analysis, budget guidance, and resource allocation recommendations.
  • Apply statistical, parametric, non-parametric, regression, computer modeling, and economic analysis techniques.
  • Coordinate with PAE FIRES and the PM IFMC Program Office on Acquisition Program Baselines and milestone review documentation.
  • Prepare documents and briefing charts that communicate program cost status and forecasts.
  • Analyze Earned Value Management reports and provide recommendations to the Product Manager.
  • Support budget reviews, milestone reviews, funding decisions, and executive-level briefings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, operations research, or a related field desired.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience desired.
  • ACE-IT cost modeling experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army acquisition processes.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and completing high-level actions and taskers.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal guidance.
