Qualifications

• Required experience with ACE-IT cost modeling software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite for documentation and presentations.
• Familiarity with U.S. Army acquisition processes is essential.
• Proven ability to support executive leadership and manage high-level tasks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct independent cost analyses for various programs.
• Develop lifecycle cost estimates utilizing ACE-IT software.
• Create methodologies for cost estimating based on existing data.
• Forecast financial needs for systems and programs.
• Provide recommendations on budget guidance and resource distribution.
• Apply a variety of analytical techniques, including statistical and economic analysis.
• Coordinate with other teams on Acquisition Program Baselines and documentation.
• Prepare briefing materials to communicate cost status and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Analyze Earned Value Management reports, offering insights to management.
• Support budget reviews and high-stakes executive briefings.
