Senior Operations ManagerPosition SummaryThe Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Verde's services across assigned customer accounts. This role ensures customer needs are met with excellence by effectively managing people, resources, budgets, quality standards, and operational performance.
You will serve as a key leader within the organization, fostering strong client relationships, developing future leaders, and driving continuous improvement while embodying Verde's Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

- Proactively identify, assess, and resolve safety hazards and security concerns.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments.

- Ensure proper use and compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Maintain expertise in janitorial industry equipment, tools, materials, and best practices.
- Lead by example through consistent adherence to Verde's safety standards and training programs.

- Support environmentally responsible sourcing and operational practices.

Qualifications- 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in janitorial, facilities services, property services, or a related industry.

- Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Bilingual proficiency required: English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

Physical Requirements- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
