*** Security Clearance Required: Secret Clearance***Primary Responsibilities: Oversee daily execution, resource allocation, and project timelines for a team of 60+ people. This role requires strong personnel management skills to lead a mixed workforce of employees and subcontractors, combined with elements of project management to ensure technical milestones are reached on time, within budget, and in full compliance.
Task Performed:Demonstrated Knowledge:
- Lead day-to-day operations for a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment of resources to priorities across engineering, logistics, and programmatic efforts.
- Coordinate and deconflict team activities and schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Translate intent into actionable tasking, track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues across multiple functional areas.
- Ensure accountability, responsiveness, and adherence to program standards and expectations.
- Interface with government stakeholders and external partners to communicate status and ensure mission alignment.
- Support planning and execution of product integration, test, and deployment activities, including resource allocation, logistics coordination, and readiness tracking.
- Monitor program metrics and develop reports, briefings, and dashboards to inform leadership decision-making and program health.
- Implement process improvements to enhance team performance, communication, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, internal policies, and applicable DoD processes, including documentation, reporting, and configuration control.
- Supervise and mentor team members, building a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
- Proactively address risks related to schedule, personnel, technical integration, and customer engagement.
Education/Experience:SENIOR: A Senior level person within a labor category has over 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category and a MA/MS degree.
Allowable Education/ Experience Substitutions:
Ten (10) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master's degree. An associate's degree plus eight (8) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a master's degree.

Estimated Travel: 10%
Location: On-site Lexington Park, MD.
Pay Range: $105,000-$175,000. Salary will be set based on experience, education, and contractual requirements. This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of CRL's compensation package.
