Full Job Description
*Oversees staff performance, manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and discipline, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. *Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance. *Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives, implements evidence-based practice changes, and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies. *Utilizes critical thinking and technology in decision-making, problem-solving, and integrating new systems to enhance patient care and outcomes. *Provides strong leadership and mentorship, ensures high-quality clinical care, supports staff development, and maintains clear communication and planning for patient care delivery.
