Then let's talkWe are looking for a Senior National Sales Manager, National Grocery who brings innovative ways to get our eggs onto more shelves all the while partnering with our clients to give them what they need to help our eggs get into the hands of the consumers.
Key Job Duties for Senior National Sales Manager- Sell to and manage multiple retailers, including building new retailer relationships.
- Develop objectives and strategies to maximize sales, share growth, and profitability for the assigned brand portfolio.
- Partner with Marketing to develop merchandising options and customer-specific programs that support brand strategies and optimize shopper marketing funds.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to solve problems, determine the best route to market, and build processes that meet customer requirements.
- Manage broker and distributor relationships, directing joint projects to improve volume and distribution.
- Use syndicated and retailer-specific data to forecast, track, and evaluate performance across volume, share, promotions, new items, and trade spending.
- Communicate sales results, trends, and account-specific insights to the management team and brand group.

- You've got 2 to 5 years CPG account management experience across multiple channels.
- You are highly efficient, organized, self-starter with a bias for action.

- You're familiar with navigating retailer specific portals.
