Description

The Senior National Account Manager owns the strategic management, growth, and retention of several key manufacturer partnerships, serving as the primary liaison between manufacturer leadership and internal Greenline/IDEXX teams. This person manages complex, high-value relationships, engages regularly with senior and C-level stakeholders, and works with a high degree of independence to translate manufacturer strategy into executable programs.

In This Role

  • You will own strategic relationships with multiple manufacturer partners, including senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • You will develop and lead strategic account plans, business reviews, and growth opportunities.
  • You will turn program data and market insight into recommendations that improve performance.
  • Lead the development of manufacturer offers, promotional programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and others) to deliver on manufacturer commitments.
  • You will manage escalations, mitigate risk, and maintain accountability for deliverables and timelines.
  • Support contract discussions, renewals, RFPs/RFIs, and other commercial activities.
  • Coach and mentor other National Account Managers and cross-functional team members.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex strategic or national accounts and multiple partnerships at once.
  • A track record of building relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and consultative account management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and manage competing priorities.
  • Sound judgment for navigating ambiguous or complex business situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business/reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel 25%
