Your future duties and responsibilities: . Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions supporting enterprise banking applications and services.
. Develop reusable API led integration components to facilitate secure and scalable data exchange between core banking systems, digital banking platforms, treasury applications, and supporting enterprise systems.
. Design and implement RESTful APIs, web services, and event driven integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
. Develop integration flows, transformation logic, and orchestration processes to support application modernization and system interoperability.
. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business and technical requirements into scalable integration solutions.
. Develop and maintain API specifications, interface documentation, and technical design artifacts.
. Implement API security, authentication, authorization, and governance standards in accordance with enterprise architecture and banking security requirements.
. Support API lifecycle management, deployment automation, monitoring, performance tuning, and operational support activities.
. Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and production issues across MuleSoft services and connected applications.
. Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and Agile delivery activities while mentoring junior developers and promoting development best practices.
. Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to support implementation, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
. Support merger and conversion initiatives through integration modernization, API enablement, and application connectivity across Pinnacle and Synovus environments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 7+ years of enterprise application development experience with at least 4 years developing MuleSoft integrations
. Experience designing and developing APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
. Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and API led connectivity
. Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services
. Strong .NET\Java development experience and familiarity with MuleSoft DataWeave
. Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data transformation techniques
. Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps platforms
. Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross functional teams
Desired Qualifications
. MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Platform Architect certification
. Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise integration architecture
. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery environments
. Experience within financial services or banking environments
. Experience supporting banking mergers, core banking conversions, or enterprise modernization initiatives
. Knowledge of enterprise security, API governance, OAuth, JWT, and banking regulatory requirements

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $198,400.00.
