Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional mobile application development experience, with strong React Native expertise.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable mobile applications using sound software architecture.
• Experience with intermittent or offline connectivity, including local database management and synchronization.
• Skilled in integrating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or similar technologies into mobile apps.
• Familiarity with native Android or iOS development is a plus.
• Experience with Agile practices using Jira and Gitflow; as well as CI/CD methodologies.
• Proven mentor with the ability to lead technical initiatives and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Interest in agriculture technology and improving farm operations.
